Scandinavian standards, on the Costa del Sol
Solenta Property Care is a small, hands-on team based in Benalmádena. We bring more than 10 years of running a cleaning company in Estonia to holiday rentals and homes here.
Why we started
After years of running a cleaning company in Estonia, we moved to the Costa del Sol and saw the same problem again and again. Owners and property managers could not find a cleaning partner they could rely on, week after week, without checking every job themselves.
So we built Solenta around one idea: do it the same way every time, and prove it. That is why every clean follows the same checklist and every clean ends with photos and a video.
How we work
Written standards
An 88-point checklist in a fixed order. New team members learn the same routine.
Proof, not promises
Photos and video after every clean. You never have to take our word for it.
One training system
Every cleaner is trained on the same written method, built over 10 years in Estonia.
"Clean is a feeling. You get it the moment you walk into a room. We built a system that gives our clients that feeling every time, in every property."
