What data we collect

When you fill in the quote form or contact us: your name, email, phone, the town and details of your property, and your message.

Why we use it

• To answer your request and send you a quote. Legal basis: your consent and steps before a contract.
• To provide the service and invoice it, if you become a client. Legal basis: the contract and our legal obligations.

We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it.

How long we keep it

Quote requests that do not lead to work: up to 12 months. Client data: for as long as we work together, then for the periods required by tax and accounting law.

Who we share it with

Only with providers we need to run the business, such as our email, website hosting and form provider, under data processing agreements. We never share it with other companies for their own use.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@solentapropertycare.es. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
